All content, software, and technology provided by Optiflow are the intellectual property of Optiflow or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your business purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the service without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

Subscription and Payment Terms.

Optiflow operates on a subscription model, with tiered pricing plans based on usage and features. Payments must be made in advance, and failure to do so may result in service suspension. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Optiflow reserves the right to update pricing or introduce new fees, with prior notice provided to users.

Termination of Service.

Optiflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our services or reputation. Upon termination, your access to data and features will cease, but you may request a copy of your data within a specified period as outlined in our Data Retention Policy.

Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Optiflow operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
